Therapy Professional

We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to join our team and contribute to both occupational rehabilitation and NDIS clinical services, with opportunities to work across service areas.
You will be afforded the autonomy to choose your split of days based on your preference for occupational rehabilitation or NDIS clinical services. This is a hybrid position, reporting to a primary and secondary supervisor within both service areas.
Key responsibilities include managing new referrals, designing therapy programs, completing assessments and reports, and working with experienced Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals.
- Manage new referrals for one-off functional assessments, liaising with injured people, health professionals, and insurers, to support individual recovery.
- Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes.
- Complete Activities of Daily Living Assessments and reports.
- Manage the delivery and implementation of equipment or modifications.
- Use clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant-centred goals specific to the client's circumstances.
