We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Speech Therapy Professional. In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on clients' lives by providing personalized support in areas such as speech and language development, social communication, feeding and swallowing, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Your work will involve collaborating with individuals of all ages who may be experiencing difficulties due to autism, voice disorders, post-brain injury recovery, or age-related conditions like dementia.

You will deliver bespoke therapy sessions to children, adolescents, and adults across various settings, including clinics, homes, community environments, and via Telehealth. This will entail working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, client-centered care that addresses their unique needs and goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing tailored therapy plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educating and empowering clients, families, and caregivers to enhance communication and daily living skills
  • Maintaining accurate records of progress and adapting treatment strategies as needed

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and registration with the relevant professional body
