Occupational Therapy Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality person-centred services. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for occupational rehabilitation and NDIS clinical services, with opportunities to work across service areas.

The role involves managing new referrals, liaising with clients and health professionals, and designing therapy programs to achieve participant outcomes. You will also be responsible for completing Activities of Daily Living Assessments and reports, managing the delivery and implementation of equipment or modifications, and working with experienced Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals.

About the Role
  • Manage new referrals for one-off functional assessments, liaising with injured people, health professionals, and insurers, to support individual recovery.
  • Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes.
  • Complete Activities of Daily Living Assessments and reports.
  • Manage the delivery and implementation of equipment or modifications.
  • Use clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant-centred goals specific to the client's circumstances.
