About the Role

We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator with a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent to work as a Lunch Cover Educator in our Integrated Rotational Group. You will be responsible for providing educational and care programs for children aged 3-6 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote learning and development in children;
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to children during meal times;
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to achieve program goals and objectives;
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings;Current First Aid and CPR certification.What We Offer
