**Early Childhood Educator Opportunity at EACHChild**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at EACHChild, a not-for-profit childcare centre in Ringwood East. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning and care to children aged 0-5 years.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate educational programs in line with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development days, and contribute to the growth and development of our team
  • Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager to identify and address any developmental or welfare concerns

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience working in long day care with children aged 0-5 years
  • Knowledge of NQS and EYLF frameworks
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts across the centre's operating hours
  • Recent Police Check, Employee Working with Children Check, and current first aid and CPR certificates
