Job Title: Telecoms Team Lead Rigger

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Telecoms Team Lead Rigger to join our team at HRG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and team leadership for the maintenance, upgrades, and strengthening of structures.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee site operations and team leadership for the maintenance, upgrades, and strengthening of structures
* Interpret technical design documents and install equipment as per design
* Assist Technicians in installation, fault-finding, and rectification of equipment
* Perform testing using PIM Tester, Spectrum Analyzer, Sitemaster, Fibrescope, and light source on Fibre cables

**Requirements**

* Relevant tickets for rigging (basic being a minimum) and High-Risk work
* Australian driving license and flexibility to travel
* Experience working with Telstra, TPG, and Optus (4 G/5 G equipment)
* Experience testing using PIM Tester, Spectrum Analyzer, Sitemaster, Fibrescope, and light source on Fibre cables
* Strong leadership and team management skills
