About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecoms Team Lead Rigger to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and team leadership for the maintenance, upgrades, and strengthening of structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpreting technical design documents and installing equipment as per design.
  • Assisting Technicians in installation, fault-finding, and rectification of equipment.
  • Performing testing using PIM Tester, Spectrum Analyzer, Sitemaster, Fibrescope, and light source on Fibre cables.
About You

The successful applicant will have relevant tickets for rigging (basic being a minimum) and High-Risk work. You will also have an Aussie driving licence and be flexible to travel. Experience working with Telstra, TPG, and Optus (4 G/5 G equipment) is a plus. If you have experience testing using PIM Tester, Spectrum Analyzer, Sitemaster, Fibrescope, and light source on Fibre cables, we'd be stoked.
