Job Title: Telecoms Team Lead Rigger

We are seeking an experienced Telecoms Team Lead Rigger to join our team in Perth, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and team leadership for the maintenance, upgrades, and strengthening of structures.

About the Role:
  • Interpreting technical design documents and installing equipment as per design.
  • Assisting Technicians in installation, fault-finding, and rectification of equipment.
  • Performing testing using PIM Tester, Spectrum Analyzer, Sitemaster, Fibrescope, and light source on Fibre cables.
About You:
  • Relevant tickets for rigging (basic being a minimum) and High-Risk work; if some have lapsed, no drama.
  • Aussie driving licence and flexibility to travel.
  • Experience working with Telstra, TPG, and Optus (4 G/5 G equipment) is a win.
  • HSE is not just a tick box here; you will share our client's passion to drive a healthy and safe working environment.
What We Offer:
  • Hourly Rate: $44.00 - $48.00 Per Hour (Dependent On Experience)
