We are seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role requires coordination of vehicle operations for the pick-up and delivery of customer product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the movement of freight throughout the rail network.
  • Effectively communicate with drivers to ensure all work is completed in accordance to KPI's and safety/compliance guidelines.
  • Elevate any service or safety incidents to the Operations Manager.
  • Accurately administer customer accounts and invoices.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working interstate rail network (desirable).
  • Experience in working with SAP, Excel and TMS systems.
  • Strong planning, reporting, data analysis and analytical skills.
  • High customer services focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound geographical knowledge of the Sydney Metro Area.
