Service Process Manager

Ensuring smooth operations is at the heart of this dynamic role. As a central point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal departments, you will play a critical part in maintaining our service and installation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book and schedule service and installation jobs
  • Assign jobs to technicians based on their location and availability
  • Confirm bookings and job details with customers over the phone
  • Update job schedules when changes or urgent requests come in
  • Maintain accurate records and job information within the system
  • Regularly communicate with technicians throughout the day to track progress
  • Resolve any incomplete jobs or missing parts
  • Facilitate finalisation of jobs to ensure they are ready for invoicing
  • Collaborate closely with the operations, warehouse, and customer service teams
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Able to solve problems and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment focused on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving issues professionally
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and experience using job management systems
