The Role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our successful high-performing recruitment team. Our residential real estate team is made up of Adelaide's most well-known real estate recruiters, working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where providing outstanding service to our clients and candidates is key to our success.
Your Responsibilities
- Support our Senior Recruitment Consultant in our real estate team, working towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant.
- Screening and interviewing candidates.
- Preparing and editing resumes.
- Sourcing candidates on various platforms.
- Reviewing applications.
- Conducting reference checks.
- Database maintenance and administration.
- Preparing and posting job advertisements.
About You
To be successful in this team, you must have a passion for the real estate industry, along with:
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and proactively to anticipate the recruiter's needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional client service.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
