About this Role

This is a permanent full-time position as Systems Analyst. You will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure the company operates at optimal efficiency, focusing on enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and operational procedures.

The aim of this role is to improve internal systems through consultation and execution, while providing key support for the CFO's objectives.

You will be responsible for reviewing and fine-tuning SAP-based systems, collaborating with third-party consultants to maintain and enhance ERP systems.

This position requires you to split your time evenly between working in two offices.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance ERP systems in collaboration with external consultants.
- Ensure compliance with change management policies.
- Design, strategize, and execute process and system improvements.
- Provide support for the CFO and execute key objectives.
- Report on system performance.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge and experience using SAP or similar ERP software.
- Strong communication skills to promote and manage change within an organization.
- Analytical mindset to review and refine internal systems of a medium-sized business.
