About this role:

Due to internal progression, a vacancy has arisen for an experienced payroll professional to prepare and conduct end-to-end payroll activities across multiple businesses.

  • Process accurate and timely weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls.
  • Respond to payroll queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of pay, leave, and related information.
  • Calculate termination and redundancy pays.
  • Manage the setup and termination of new and exiting employees.
  • Produce headcount, leave reports, and other employee-related reporting.

This is a flexible opportunity that can work around your needs, with part-time and full-time options available.

Requirements:

Minimum one year prior experience in payroll activities, with a solid track record of delivering high-quality results.

Experience in weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll cycles is advantageous.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Be an organised team player with strong attention to detail and administration skills.

Demonstrated experience working under pressure.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
