Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional to support our organisation's weekly payroll process for 350+ employees.

About the Role
  • Support end-to-end weekly payroll processing using ADP software
  • Maintain accuracy across timesheets, leave balances, employee details, and salary records
  • Partner with HR to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Manage financial reporting and month-end payroll functions
  • Evaluate statutory payroll, taxation, and legal requirements
  • Respond to internal and external payroll inquiries with confidence
Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-function payroll experience
  • Strong interpretation and application of Award guidelines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with ADP and Kronos Realtime systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data management skills
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for delivering payroll excellence
