Culinary Management Position

We are seeking a qualified Chef de Partie to work directly with our Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

  • Menu planning and cost estimation
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
  • Ensuring hygiene regulations are met
  • Freezing and preserving foods
Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be successful, candidates must have:

  • Completed a relevant Commercial Cookery qualification including Cert IV and Diploma of Hospitality
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

The ideal candidate will possess sound cookery techniques, the ability to learn new ones, and demonstrate a positive, punctual, and professional approach. They should also be familiar with food safety and OHS guidelines, have attention to detail, and competency with ordering and managing stock.
