Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our office staff as a customer service representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer service to a high level, meeting company expectations.

  • To provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
  • Answer, coordinate, and distribute high levels of incoming calls and written correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Operate multiple software packages and accurately enter necessary information.
  • Support the administration team with general office duties and document preparation.
  • Liaise with insurance companies and customers regarding Motor Vehicle Insurance Claims.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in administration, preferably in a customer-facing role is essential.
  • Advanced computing skills and proficiency in software applications are required.
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills are necessary.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
