About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Breakfast Chef (Chef de Partie) to join our dedicated team of kitchen professionals. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll work closely with our Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of culinary expertise and creativity in menu development and food preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu concepts and ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
