About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Breakfast Chef (Chef de Partie) to join our dedicated team of kitchen professionals. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll work closely with our Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve menu goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a high-volume, multi-faceted operation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with a 'Can Do' attitude and high energy
  • Ability to work cohesively with other departments within the hotel
