About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commis Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will assist our Executive Chef in leading our team of kitchen professionals and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a highly successful team culture, focusing on training and development of all team members.
  • Work in a high-volume, multi-faceted operation, being creative, innovative, and dynamic.
  • Develop strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work cohesively with other departments within the hotel.
