About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Solutions Consultant to join our team at RAC WA. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will play a critical role in engaging with current and potential members to discuss their needs and provide solutions that showcase the value and benefits of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage member enquiries by engaging with them in person or via phone/email to provide support and accurate general advice or up to date information on products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with members by recommending products tailored to suit their individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment. The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in working to achieving KPI's/ targets both individually & as part of a team;
  • The ability to adapt & flex within a changing work environment, embracing and participating positively in change;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others;
  • The ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations;
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to use many applications at once whilst having conversations.
