Job Description: Supply Chain Operations Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in supply chain management and operations.

About the Role

This role will focus on process and productivity improvements to deliver cost savings within logistics, warehousing, customer excellence, supply and demand across the ANZ Zone. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a pipeline of cost savings opportunities, running continuous performance reviews via data and analytics, and hosting workshops.

  • Lead and develop a pipeline of cost savings opportunities
  • Own and lead cost reduction initiatives within S&OP ANZ across logistics, warehouse and customer excellence
  • Lead and set the project governance structure management within S&OP ANZ by partnering with functional leads
  • Actively engage with business units to ensure effective deployment of ANZ S&OP strategy and monitoring performance
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong and proven experience in Customer excellence, supply and demand planning, logistics and warehousing in the FMCG industry across Australia and/or New Zealand
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and provide solutions
  • Project management skills from end-to-end, with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise, and deliver
