Production Leadership Role

The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plant, ensuring efficient and safe production processes meet customer specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting concrete batching and front-end loader operations with attention to detail and precision.
  • Implementing safety regulations and maintaining compliance with our Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Management System.
  • Managing water and waste management systems, adhering to environmental standards.
  • Overseeing concrete production, meeting customer expectations and timeframes.
  • Optimizing truck and personnel scheduling for seamless operations.
  • Monitoring stock levels by ordering raw materials and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Coordinating equipment maintenance and engaging contractors when necessary.
  • Providing leadership and support to the production team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Handling administrative tasks and contributing to operational improvements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a production or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines.
  • Effective leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Front-end loader certification and LF forklift license preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous computer batching experience advantageous.
