Seeking an experienced clinician to lead our Positive Behaviour Support teams and provide guidance to Behaviour Support Practitioners.

This role requires extensive experience working with and supporting clients across various settings, as well as clinical supervision and willingness to work across regions and potential travel on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational skills, demonstrated experience in managing and supporting high-performing teams, excellent communication skills, and ability to work at a high professional standard in a collaborative manner within a leadership environment.

They will be responsible for delivering high-quality services aligned with AAA's standards, providing clear communication of priorities, and a strong focus on participant outcomes.

About You:

  • Current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential.
  • Considerable experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern (professionally and/or personally) is essential.
  • Substantial experience in the provision of positive behaviour supports is required.
  • Ability to demonstrate up-to-date evidence-based clinical skills is necessary.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills are required.
