The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure.

As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering our swimming and water safety programs to our members. You will be responsible for creating a fun and supportive learning environment that encourages our students to develop their swimming skills and water safety knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality swimming and water safety lessons to children of all ages and abilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our swimming programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and program evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Current AUSTSWIM Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety or equivalent.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check.
  • Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
