About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming and water safety skills to students in a fun and engaging manner
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with diverse abilities and learning styles
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of aquatic programs and services
Requirements
  • Current AUSTSWIM Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends and be empathetic to the needs of the classes
