Senior Project Manager - Store Fit Out Lead

A seasoned and experienced Project Manager is required to oversee a portfolio of store fit outs and conversions across Australia.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, bring deep expertise in retail fit-outs, and are ready to drive strategic outcomes across multiple sites.

  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple store conversion projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define scopes of work and critical path timelines.
  • Oversee compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS), building certifications, and operational standards.
  • Drive innovation in fixture strategy and store design execution.
Requirements
  • 15+ years' experience in fit-out project delivery, preferably within retail.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-site rollouts.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of construction regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
  • A proactive mindset, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
