We're seeking a highly skilled Cost Professional to lead cost management and estimation for engineering services across major construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate cost plans for infrastructure projects, incorporating market intelligence and industry benchmarks.
  • Lead pre- and post-contract cost management services on high-value projects, leveraging expertise in procurement strategies, risk management, and value engineering.
  • Provide guidance on design cost analysis, benchmarking, and feasibility studies, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Review contractor claims and manage progress assessments, maintaining a proactive approach to project delivery.
Requirements
  • Professional qualifications in engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in cost estimation and management of engineering services, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of building services systems, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
