About the Opportunity

This pivotal position involves co-developing and implementing training strategies that align with our organization's future programs and capability development goals. As a key member of our team, you will lead gap analysis and design structured transfer plans in collaboration with Knowledge Transfer Leads, local training entities, and educational institutions.

  • Develop and implement ToT training strategies aligned with our organization's future programs.
  • Facilitate gap analysis using ToT tools to identify training needs and capability gaps.
  • Collaborate with Knowledge Transfer Leads, Learning & Development, and overseas partners to define training transfers.
  • Coordinate with the Shipbuilding Training Academy to ensure effective delivery of transferred training modules.
  • Ensure training programs meet compliance, competency frameworks, and organizational policies.
  • Build strong relationships across ToT teams, promoting cultural awareness and shared goals.
About You
  • Possess 10+ years' experience in adult education, Learning & Development, or training delivery in complex environments.
  • Demonstrate expertise in gap analysis, competency mapping, and progression frameworks.
  • Hold experience leading training transfers in multicultural defense programs.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of shipbuilding, manufacturing, and engineering processes.
  • Excel in communication and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams.
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and navigate cultural nuances.
  • Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in education, training, or engineering; trade background desirable.
