Customer Service Coordinator Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process stock availability, price quotations, order status, and technical inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate stock purchasing and accurately input purchase details into the system.
  • Manage infrastructure projects across NSW and the ACT, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and follow up on customer quotes and tenders via Salesforce, maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, logistics, and management.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legislation.
Requirements
