Water Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Water Servicing Coordinator to join our team. This role can be based in Sydney or Wollongong and offers flexible work arrangements.
The role involves working on major Sydney Water developer works projects pertaining to the design of Sydney Water infrastructure for major transport, and community development projects.
This includes collaborating with clients to design innovative solutions to meet their needs and community expectations, as well as data analysis, interpretation and assessment to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities would also include design coordination and submission of proposals ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are met, attendance at project/client meetings and engaging in community consultation, and undertaking field work and site inspections.
Requirements- Demonstrated at least 5 years' experience within a Water Servicing Coordinator role
- A demonstrated design background
- Previous experience in project management on Sydney Water projects
- Strong understanding of Sydney Water policies and procedures
- Previous experience with relevant computing packages including AutoCAD, and MS packages (Excel, Word, Project)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible Working Arrangements including purchasing up to 4 weeks additional leave and provision for school term contracts, job sharing and part time employment
