Senior Commercial Plumbing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Plumbing Project Lead to join our team on an 18 month project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of plumbers, assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to plan and organize plumbing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Perform hands-on plumbing work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, material inventories, and work orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial plumbing
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading and supervising a team of plumbers.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and suppliers.
- Cert 3/4 Qualification
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour as required.
