In addition to the wealth of experience and knowledge within our teams, we are a registered member of the Master Plumbers Association.Some of our key service areas include; Domestic / Commercial Plumbing maintenance.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, dynamic, qualified Plumbing Sales & Service Manager to join our team.
You will bring a positive attitude, be warm and friendly with excellent technical skills, great communication and an autonomous nature with the desire to own the role.You will be joining a fast paced team environment in a Leadership position that includes a variety of responsibilities The successful applicant will be a person that possesses the following skills and attributes:Ensure all site staff are enabled to provide an "Incomparable Experience" to all customers Lead and inspire all staff to create a positive team based culture that is results focused and driven towards success.Ensure Service technicians are:Being developed into high performing trades peopleFocused on job quality and consistency Receiving open, honest and regular feedback about their performance Identify and act on training needs to improve safety, productivity and profitabilityProactively follow up and seek leads from various sources for new client acquisitionProvide timely quotations to existing and new customers, and converting opportunities into jobsMonitor budgets and costs on service jobs Monitor and provide estimates on plumbing jobs.Ensure that all executed jobs align to mission statement, vision, and valuesParticipate actively in weekly management meeting and execute tactical and operational plans assignedClearly communicate service department goals and KPIs to relevant staffTo be successful in this role you must have the following skills and attributes:Outstanding plumbing skills and job / product knowledgeMinimum of 10 years plumbing industry experiencePrevious experience as a service manager (trade business prefered) Completed certificate 4 including "backflow & TMV coursesClear criminal history (inline with specific customer requirements) Drivers licence - C class or aboveProven ability to be organised and complete tasks on timeEnjoy providing excellent customer serviceExcellent communication skills (by email and phone)Be a problem solver with the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues quicklyBe able to manage multiple jobs at the same timeCompetent using all mainstream IT operating systems, including cloud based software systems (training will be provided for our specific operating systems) Have a warm and friendly personalityAs an employee of O'Brien Plumbing Wyong you will enjoy the many benefits that working for an industry leading and reputable organisation offers.
