Commercial Plumbing Maintenance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Maintenance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our mobile plumbing team, you will provide planned and reactive commercial maintenance across various clients.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance, installing new plumbing fixtures/replace end-of-life assets, coordinating, troubleshooting, and identifying defective plumbing and design issues, inspecting and identifying leaks, both plumbing and roofing, and providing cost-effective but comprehensive repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance
  • Install new plumbing fixtures/replace end-of-life assets
  • Coordinate, troubleshoot, and identify defective plumbing and design issues
  • Inspect and identify leaks, both plumbing and roofing
  • Provide cost-effective but comprehensive repairs

Requirements:

  • Cert 3 - Plumbing
  • Strong Commercial Maintenance Experience
  • White Card
  • Driving Licence
  • TMV Ticket (Desirable)
  • Backflow Prevention Experience (Desirable)
