About the Role:

  • Develop and implement advanced nursing practices in accordance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the department, complementing the operational processes, business direction, and budget of the unit and hospital.
  • Act as relief for the NUM role during periods of leave.

About You:

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Requires at least 2 years' experience in this leadership role.
  • Demonstrates strong clinical skills and expertise.
