Job Title: Associate Nurse Unit Manager
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the smooth operation of the Perioperative department. With a can-do attitude and strong customer service focus, you will provide exceptional care to our patients.
You will apply advanced nursing practices in planning, implementing, and evaluating care in accordance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. Providing leadership and direction to the department, you will complement the strategic direction, operational processes, and business direction of the unit.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent time management skills, prioritization, delegation, and adaptability. You will also require strong clinical skills and experience in this field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in this role.
- Strong clinical skillset.
Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate ranging from $55.92 - $57.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications.
This is a key leadership function that requires a team player who can work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to achieve organisational goals.
