**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead and manage our project management activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our systems and data, governance and monitoring and reporting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective monitoring and reporting functions to communicate program updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial and procurement activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Lead the risk management activities to ensure alignment with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Manage a team to provide governance framework and lead the Project Control Group.
  • Lead the organisation's systems approach, including Smarty Grants and Salesforce from a customer perspective.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and support within the team to build internal expertise and capabilities.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant issues and provide strategic and operational advice to senior management.
  • Recommend and deliver innovative solutions to optimise outcomes and contribute to a best practice function.

Challenges:

  • Managing complex consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders.
  • Achieving multiple project objectives within limited resources and tight deadlines.
