Customer Success Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and growth of Autodesk solutions.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion and develop strategies to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, service delivery, or customer success management.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to understanding customer needs and ensuring they realize the full value of Autodesk products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
