Senior IT Transformation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Transformation Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for successfully managing and delivering IT projects that align with our strategic objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing hybrid project teams, blending internal resources with external vendors and partners. You will work closely with the executive team and senior leaders to review, assess and improve existing systems, implement new initiatives as appropriate and assist in scoping future IT business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement digital transformation initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver efficient solutions
  • Engage stakeholders to implement transformations and drive change
  • Project management and delivery of IT projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 10 years' experience in project management, ideally from a development background
  • Experience in the development and implementation of IT strategy, governance, security, risk, and project management frameworks
  • Demonstrated team performance and an ability to engage and build rapport with various stakeholders
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Strong negotiation, management, and facilitation skills

Desirable Skills

  • Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
  • Database skills (SQL, Python)
  • Salesforce technologies (Apex, SOQL, Lightning development)
  • Integration Platforms (Mulesoft, Workato)
