You will liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution, prepare and draft appropriate documentation to stakeholders when required, and develop customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
Maintaining knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, you will recommend policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.
About YouWe are looking for a demonstrated claims management experience in a complex Customer Service environment, with the ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
You will possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation, with high attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
