**Job Title:** Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to deliver exceptional support services to seniors in their homes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in providing personal care assistance, including showering, meal preparation, and domestic tasks. They must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as showering and ensuring personal hygiene is maintained
  • Prepare meals following strict food handling safety guidelines
  • Ensure health and safety laws are adhered to at all times
  • Provide transport assistance and help outside the home
  • Observe and report changes in client health or status
  • Support with domestic duties, including cleaning

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to commit to various shifts
  • Certificate III in individual support or higher preferred
  • Valid police clearance required

This role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to seniors.

Requirements:

  • Driver's License (preferred)
  • Australia Work Authorisation (required)

Having a valid Covid-19 vaccine is highly recommended.
