Senior Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Media & Analytics

Location: Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

Job Description:

This role involves managing and executing the digital strategy for EVT owned channels. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Digital Channels to implement strategies that drive customers to EVT websites, increase repeat visitation, and grow direct accommodation and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have experience in paid media account management and optimisation tools/techniques, as well as a proven record of making a measurable impact on campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities include working closely with the wider team to deliver full-funnel, data-driven campaigns for EVT Hotels & Resorts, driving traffic and conversion via strong Paid Media tactics in alignment with revenue targets and brand objectives, using analytical skills to identify key customer touchpoints and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Paid Media Execution & Management includes executing and managing EVT Hotels and Resorts Paid Media campaigns across various channels, overseeing Paid Media spend, developing Paid Media strategies and media plans, setting data-driven targets and reporting, monitoring campaign performance, adjusting strategies, and optimising budgets for effectiveness.

Campaign Execution also involves testing, troubleshooting, maintaining and enhancing media & analytics tags to ensure accurate tracking, optimisation and reporting.

Additionally, this role requires staying up to date with emerging digital trends and evolving technologies that create competitive advantage, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and staying current with best practices in all digital marketing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years' experience working in Paid Media
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Proficient across Paid Media account management and optimisation tools/techniques
  • Proven record of making a measurable impact on campaign performance
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills
