Lifestyle Support Worker Job Summary

As a highly rewarding career, being a Lifestyle Support Worker is an opportunity to provide high-quality care to individuals with varying support requirements.

The role includes providing support to participants with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, understanding their individual needs and providing appropriate care. You will also support our participants to achieve their goals by assisting them in activities relating to daily living, community access, transportation, and wellbeing.

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work under the guidance of the participant and/or their guardian, within clearly defined policies.

We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and build meaningful relationships with our participants.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing daily support and assistance to participants
  • Assisting with shopping, community access, and travel
  • Accompanying participants to doctor's appointments
  • Providing personal care assistance and general household assistance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be caring, genuine, and flexible with schedules. You will be dedicated to making a difference in people's lives and possess basic technology skills.
