We are seeking someone who shares our passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

This role involves providing comprehensive support to Mitchell, including:

  • Assisting with personal care needs such as showering, dressing, and toileting
  • Providing domestic support, including meal preparation, shopping, and household chores
  • Maintaining records of Mitchell's care and support, including shift notes, behavior records, and medication schedules
  • Accompanying Mitchell to community events, therapy sessions, and recreational activities
  • Working collaboratively with a team to develop strategies that enhance Mitchell's independence and communication skills

As Mitchell's caregiver, you will be responsible for adapting to changing circumstances and working flexibly to ensure his needs are met.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
