Chief Cybersecurity Strategist

This is a challenging role that requires the right blend of cybersecurity expertise and business acumen. As Chief Cybersecurity Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering our global cybersecurity strategy and programme.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to manage relationships and deliver on our global cybersecurity strategy. This involves identifying and managing cybersecurity risk, implementing solutions, driving operational effectiveness, and providing guidance to enhance our strategy.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar cybersecurity role working with the business (1-3 years). They will be able to communicate cybersecurity principles to non-technical stakeholders, demonstrate a problem-solving orientation and customer-service mindset to achieve positive outcomes, and have experience working in a globally distributed team.

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about cybersecurity. If you have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and are able to articulate them in a clear and concise manner, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the global cybersecurity strategy across local stakeholder groups
  • Assisting internal business teams with navigating security assessment processes and providing security guidance and support
  • Identifying and managing information security risk areas, including vulnerabilities and control deficiencies
  • Managing and delivering planned projects and risk-reduction initiatives from business requirements to technical teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar cybersecurity role working with the business
  • Ability to communicate cybersecurity principles to non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving orientation and customer-service mindset to achieve positive outcomes
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team
