Key requirements include:

  • Previous child protection experience
  • Sound understanding of trauma-informed care
  • Experience with behaviours of concern
  • Implementing behavioural support plans/strategies
  • Extensive experience supporting clients with mental health concerns
  • Experience supporting clients with substance abuse
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current Working with Children check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current & Clear Police check
  • Covid19 Digital Vaccination Certificate or Immunisation Statement
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Certificate IV in Mental Health and/or AOD desirable
