About the Role:
- Provide intensive wraparound case management services to children, families & caregivers
- Support parents and caregivers to create a safe and nurturing home environment
- Deliver assertive outreach, undertake risk assessments, and lead care team planning
- Develop creative interventions to engage hard-to-reach families
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree qualification in social work, psychology or a child and family welfare related discipline
- Considerable experience within the child, youth and family welfare sector
- Demonstrated understanding of theoretical approaches relevant to working with infants, children, young people and families
- Strong time management and communication skills
