We are currently seeking a diligent and versatile professional to fill a Client Services Officer position within our financial planning team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Financial Adviser
  • Conduct research to assist in the preparation of advice documents
  • Manage implementation (strategy, investment, and insurance) for clients
  • Assist in the preparation of client portfolio reviews
  • Communicate with clients as necessary
  • Address client enquiries promptly and effectively
  • Update and maintain client information using financial planning software
  • Make calls to product providers and Centrelink as required
