Job Overview

The Client Support Officer is a critical role in providing responsive and timely advice and connections to services for individuals accessing The Orange Door.

This position operates within the Hub Support Team, responding to face-to-face, electronic, and telephone enquiries from the public and partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Hub Manager and broader Hub workforce in delivering client-focused objectives
  • Prioritizing tasks to provide optimal service delivery to clients
  • Working closely with the Orange Door workforce to address client needs at first contact
  • Providing tailored responses to client enquiries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced interpersonal communication skills
  • Sensitivity to diverse presentations of client needs
  • Honesty and integrity in all interactions
  • A Working with Children Check
  • Being an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or having a valid work permit or visa
