The College of Science and Engineering at Flinders University is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lecturer in Engineering to join its academic staff. This is a key role in producing quality research and delivering undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching in one of the existing engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality teaching materials, including lectures, tutorials, and laboratories, to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
- Conduct independent, high-quality research in engineering, including publications, external grant acquisition, and research student supervision.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships and networks with stakeholders, including industry partners and other academic institutions.
- Supervise research students and contribute to the development of research programs in engineering.
- PhD in engineering or a related field.
- Strong track record of teaching excellence and research productivity in engineering.
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships and networks with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
