Job Description:

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a multifaceted customer service position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technical issues.
  • High levels of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
